We provide a favorable environment that promotes sentiments of happiness, interpersonal play and fun so that our students can be fully engaged when learning. A safe space to interact and learn with their peers encourages intellectual, physical and emotional growth in your child.
We believe in learning through experiences. Hence, our students will learn and develop critical skills such as language and communication through interactions with their peers and fellow teachers. Through these interpersonal exchanges and relationships, our students will learn to gain self-awareness and comprehension of social activities.
At Smiling Star, we place heavy emphasis on experiential learning approaches that allow our students to engage in holistic active exploration, thinking, and reasoning, as well as acquire essential skills to make sense of the natural, social, physical and material world, as well as construct working theories for making sense of the natural, social, physical, and material world.

Our Numeracy and Language & Literacy domains will help develop the foundation of your child’s learning and to propel them for their future education endeavours and academics.
Discovery of the World involves students exploring and interacting with their environment which helps them widen their knowledge and acquire the essential skills and understanding to make sense of the world around them.
Motor Skills Development is essential to build our students’ physical strength and movement to help them learn better. With developed motor skills such as crawling and grabbing, it allows our students to explore their physical environment easily which aids them in their cognitive development.
We want to grow good thinkers with good hearts, that’s why it is crucial to have Social and Emotional Development. This domain focuses on developing our students’ social and emotional intelligence which influences their self-confidence, empathy, ability to forge lasting relationships with others, regulating emotions and more.
